Dogs are family.
So we built them a community.

Most Kind Paws events run in timed sessions so things never feel overcrowded. Your session time will be shown on your ticket or confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can check you in and help everyone settle.

Your dog remains your responsibility throughout the event, so please keep an eye on them at all times.

Dogs must remain on lead unless Kind Paws clearly announces a designated off-lead period. Off-lead time is optional, and you must continue to supervise and remain in control of your dog throughout.

Please only bring dogs who are comfortable around other dogs, people and the type of environment described for the event. Dogs with a known history of aggression, repeated biting or serious reactivity to dogs or people should not attend group events.

Dogs in season must not attend Kind Paws group events.

Please don't force dog-to-dog greetings. Give dogs space when they need it, and always ask their person before approaching or interacting with another dog.

There will often be dog treats, goodies and other tasty things around at Kind Paws events.

If your dog has allergies, dietary requirements or anything they must not eat, please let us know before the event and supervise them carefully throughout. You remain responsible for making sure your dog doesn't eat anything they shouldn't.

Please never feed another person's dog without their permission.

We'll have water bowls dotted around the venue, and where space allows, comfy dog beds or quiet resting spots too.

Please give your dog a toilet break before arriving where possible.

If they have an accident, don't worry, it happens! Poo bags, puppy pads and cleaning supplies will be available around the venue.

We simply ask that you clean up after your own dog straight away. If there's an indoor accident, spill or anything you need help with, please let a member of the Kind Paws team know.

Please don't bring your dog if they are unwell or showing signs of a contagious illness.

Some events may have specific requirements around age, health or vaccination status. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated before booking.

If your dog becomes uncomfortable, overwhelmed or difficult to control during an event, please give them space or take them outside for a break.

You don't need to bring a dog to every Kind Paws event.

If you'd like to say hello to someone else's dog, always ask their person first. Please give dogs space when they are resting, eating, nervous or simply not looking for attention.

Children must remain under the direct supervision of their accompanying adult at all times and should never approach or touch another person's dog without permission.

Please follow any instructions from the Kind Paws team, venue staff or event facilitator throughout your session.

Kind Paws may ask a dog or attendee to take a break or leave the event if we reasonably believe this is necessary for the safety, welfare or enjoyment of dogs, guests, staff or the venue.

We may take photographs or videos during events. If you would prefer not to be included, please let a member of the team know.

Event-specific information including parking, access, venue rules and anything you need to bring will be sent before the event.

You know your dog best. Please supervise them throughout the event, follow the event and venue rules, clean up after them and act promptly if they become uncomfortable or pose a risk to others.

Kind Paws will always take reasonable steps to create a safe and welcoming environment, but events where dogs and people share a space naturally involve some interaction and unpredictability.
